A~ ORDINANCE approving and ado.oting the maps, plans and specifications for the
improvement of the Alley in Block 16, Original Town of Charleston as provided by Ordinance
THE CITY CONNISSION OF THE CITY OF BREI,.~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer,
now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of the Alley ,in Block 16,
Original Town of Charleston, lying between Callow Avenue and Wycoff Avenue, extending from
Farrag~t Street to Rodgers Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading and paving wi~h_~one course
concrete oavement six inches thick and twelve feet wide, providing for the drainage thereof
as provided by Ordinance No. 12~0; be and the same are hereby ~pproved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from and
after its passag? and publication as provided by lzw.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, sigaed by the Mayor and attested
by ~he Ci~y Cler~ in authentication of such pass~ge this 17~h day of August, 1935.
