THE C~TY CONNISSION OF THE CITY OF BREHERT©N DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the m~ps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imorovement of the Alley in Block l~, Original Town of Charleston, between Cambrian Avenue an~ Lafayette Avenue, ex~ending i~rom F~rragut Street to Rodgers Street by clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with one course concrete pavement, six inches thick and twelve feet wide, as provided for in Ordinance No. 1239 be and ~he s~me are hereby approved and adopted. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full iorce and effect thirty days from and after its pass~ge and ?~blication as provided by law.
