~df ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for the
improvement of the Alley in Block 5, Orl~nal Town of' Charleston as in Ordinance No.
123g described.
THE CITY CO~9~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRENERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer,
now on file in the ofi~ice of the City Clerk, for the improvement of the Alley in Block 5,
Original Town o£ Charleston, lying between Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, extending
from First Street to Coontz Street, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in ftdl force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as orovided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, si~ed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk in a.~thentication of such passage this l?th day of August, 193g.
