AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton making an emergency appropriation
for the additional costs connected with the new library for the fiscal year
endiug December, 1938, and declaring an emergency herein.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0~¥~JISSION OF'T~ CITY OF BRE~ERTON:
Section 1. That in moving into the new library from the old library
and extra supplies and expenses connected with the new library for the
fiscal year ending December, 1938, there is hereby appropriated from the
Library fund the sum of $1867.53 to cover the deficit of the general
running expenses and moving .to said new building.
Section 2. That there is hereby declared an emergency for this~app-
ropriatlon to cover the remaiuder of the year for which the budget has
been passed and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and publication as provided by law for an emergency
appropriation.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor, and attested by
the City Clerk this 3rd day of August, 1938.
