for the improvement of Bryan Avenue from Burwell Street to Sixth Street as
provided by Ordinance 1233.

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
Ci. ty Engineer, now on file in the office o2 the City Clerk, for the improve-
ment of Bryan Avenue from Burwell Street to Sixth Street, be and the same
are hereby ai:~proved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and ~after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co=fission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~,~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication oF such passage this
3rd day of August, 1938.
