AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Ninth Street, Tenth Street, Eleventh Street, Mainier
Avenue and Eleventh Street, as in Ordinance No. 1229 described:
THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DC ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improve-
ment of Ninth from Olympic to Montgomery, Tenth from Olympic to Rainier,
Eleventh from Naval to Rainier, Rainier from Ninth to Eleventh, and Eleventh
from Nav~l to Olympic, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
25th day of June, 1938.
