AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Perry Avenue from East Thirteenth Street to the
City Limits, as in Ordinance No. 1228 described.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imp-
rovement of Perry Avenue from East Thirteenth Street to the City Limits,
be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 25th day of June, 1938.
