AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of the Alley in Block 5, Terrell's Addition to
Charleston, lying between ~allow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, extending
from First Street to Burwell Street, as in Ordinance No. 1225 described.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DO 0RD~IN AS FOLLOWS:
~ection 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imp-
rovement of the Elley in Block 5, Terrell's Addition to Charleston, lying
between Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, extending from First Street
to Burwell Street, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Brenmrton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this llth day of June, 1938.
