AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Lafayette Avenue from the North margin of ~'arragut
Street North to approximately 200 feet North of Coontz Street, as provided
and described in Ordinance No. 1223.
THE CITY COL~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BR'E~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imp-
rovement of Lafayette Avenue from the North margin of ~'arragut Street North
to approximately 200 feet North of Coontz Street, be and the same are hereby
adopted.
Section 2. 't'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the uity ulerk in authentication of such passage this
4th day of June, 1938.
