AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton amending Ordinance No. 1153
of the City of Bremerton, the same being an Ordinance relating to and
regulating the installation and operation of electric wires and
appliances.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
Section 1. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1153 of the City of
Bremerton be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
That portion of said section which reads "First Fire District".
The same is hereby amended to read, "First, Second and Third Fire
Districts." Wherever found in said Ordinance.
Section 2. That Section 16 of said Ordinance which pertains to
fees for permits, shall be amended by adding thereto the following:
(j) Electric Water Heater ....................... $1.00
Section 3. That no other part or portion of the said Ordinance
shall be amended or changed in any way except as above specifically
set out.
Passed by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk this 28th day of May, 1938.
