AN ORDINANCE of the City of BremerCon amending Ordinance No. 911 and
Section 3 thereof, changing the date as stated in said section to July 1st,
instead of September 1st.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON,
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 911 of the City of Bremerton, and
Section 3 thereof pertaining to "DATE FOR PAYmeNT OF FEE, IMPOUNDING OF
DOGS" that the latter part of this section which reads, "and the Chief of
Police of said city be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pick
up or cause to be picked up and impounded, all dogs found within the City
Limits of the city of Bremerton, after the first day of September of each
year upon which no license fee has been paid or license tag found". That
the word "September" last above mentioned shall be changed amd is hereby
changed to the word "July", and in all other respects the said ordinance
shall remain in full force and effect as it now stands.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk, this May 14, 1938.
