AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton providing for the re-wiring and
certain improvements on what is known as the old Charleston Fire Hall, said
hall now being the property of the City of Bremerton, and providing for the
appropriation of certain funds for the purpose of paying for such improvement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BRETON:
Section 1. That the City of Bremerton is the owner of what is known as
the Charleston Fire Hall, which said property is now a part of the City of
Bremerton, and the City uses this particular building in connection with their
Fire Department, which said building is located as follows: Lots l0 and ll,
~Block 16, Charleston.
Section 2. That it is necessary to re-wire this building and put some
improvements thereon in order that it shall meet the requirements of our
Code, and to be kept usable for the Fire Department, and the cost of this
work, as has been ascertained by bid, can be paid for by an appropriation of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
Section 3. That the sum of $500.00 is hereby appropriated from Current
Expense Fund of the City of Bremerton for the purpose of making the above
mentioned improvement.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk this llth day of May, 1938.
