AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Tenth Street from Naval Avenue to Olympic Avenue and Olympic
Avenue from midway between Eighth Street and Ninth Street to the South margin
of Eleventh Street, as in Ordinance No. 1216 described.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Tenth Street from Naval Avenue to Olympic Avenue and Olympic Avenue from midway
between Eighth Street and Ninth Street to the South margin of Eleventh Street,
be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provide~ by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the 0ity of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 7th
day of May, 1938.
