AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Hewitt Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth
Street as in Ordinance No.1215 described.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imp-
rovement of Hewitt Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, be
and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 7th day of May, 1938.
