AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Rainier Avenue from Burwell Street to First Street
as in Ordinance No. 1214 described.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF 'I~E CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepareA by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City olerk, for the imp-
rovement of Rainier Avenue from Burwell Street to ~irst Street, be and the
same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of ~remerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City clerk in authentication of such passage
this 7th day of May, 1938.
