AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Fifth Street from Naval Avenue to 01yml)ic Avenue as
in this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~,fISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~,,~gRTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, Plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improve-
ment of Fifth Street From Naval Avenue to Olympic Avenue, be and the ssm~e
are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
26th day of l~,larch, 1938.
