AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans, and specifications
for the improvement of the Alley in Block 4, William Bremer's First Addition
to the Cities of Bremerton and Charleston as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~,~I~IISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE:_'ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the Alley in Block 4, William Bremer's First Addition to the Cities of
Bremerton and Charleston, more particularly described as lying between Fourth
and Fifth Streets, extending from the High School to Hewitt Avenue, be and the'
same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
5th day of February, 1938.
