HomeMy WebLinkAbout1199A ORDINANCE NO. 1199 A AN 0RDIN~NCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for the improvement of Fourth Street from the centerline of Park Avenue and Fourth Street East to the centerline of Washington Avenue, as in ordinance 1199 described. THE CITY C©MMISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of Fourth Street from the centerline of Park Avenue and Fourth Street, East to the centerline of Washington Avenue, by the construction of a concrete slab on each side of the present paving, alteration of the present side walks, and the changing and replacing of ornamental lights as provided in Ordinance No. 1199; be and the same are hereby adopted. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law. PASSED by the City Commission of the City of ~remerton, signed by the ~Iayor and attested by the City Clerk this 15th day of January, 1938.
