AN ORDInaNCE approving and.adopting the maps, plans
and specifications for the improvement~of seventh street
from Naval Avenue to Roosevelt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing,
grading and paving with concrete thirty (30) feet wide and
six (6) inches thick.

ORDAIN AS FOLLOW.S:
Section 1. That the maps, .plans and specifications
prepared by the City ~nglneer, now on file in the office of
the City Clerk, for the in~rovement of Seventh street from
Naval Avenue to Roosevelt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing.,
grading and.paving with concrete thirty (30) feet wide and
six (6) inches thick, be and the same .are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall-be in full force
and effect thirty days from and after its passage, and pub-
lication, as provided by law.
PASSED by'the City Conm~issi0n of the City of Bremerton,
