AN ORDINANCE apProving and adopting the maps, plans and
specifications for .the improvement of Eight~ Street from Naval
Avenue to 2°osevelt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, grading and
paving with concrete thirty (30) feet wide ,and six (6) inches
thick.
THE cITY CC.I~fISSION OF TItE .CIT~ CF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
· Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared
by the City Engineer, now on.file in the office of tile City Clerk,
for the improvement of Eighth Street from Naval Avenue 'tO Roosevelt
Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, grading and paving with concrete
thirty (30) feet wide and six (6) inches thick,, together'with the
doing of all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary
to make such improvement a complete job, be and the same. are hereby
adopted. ~
Section 2. This ordinance Shall be in full force and effect
thirty days from and after its Passage and publication as. Provided
by law.
PASSED BY THE City Commission of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the !Jayor, and attested by the CitY Clerk:in authentication
