AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley lying between Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and
Lot 26, Block 8, Port Orchard Addition, now part of Bremerton, Kitsap County,
Washington.
THE CITY C0~.~IISSION OF THE CITY OF BREEERTON DOES ORDAIN AS ~OLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton having
heretofore on the 30th. day of September, 1939, adopted a resolution fixing
October 28, 1939~ at 10 o'clock A. ~., of said day in the Comm~ission Chambers
at the'City Hall of the City of Bremerton, as the time and place of hearing
petition to vacate the hereinbefOre described alley, and notice of said
hearing having been duly given in'the manner and form and for the time prov-
ided by law, and said hearing having been continued to the 4th day of November,
1939, and no objections having been made to said petition by any person,
.NOW THEREFORE , the following described alley, to-wit:
An alley lying between Lots 1, 2, 3,:and 4, 'and Lot 26,
Block 8, Port Orchard ~ddition, now part of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington,
be and the same.is hereby vacated as a public place and the land occupied
by said alley is hereby vested in the abutting property owners,, in confor-
mance with the provisions of the law of the State of Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full'force and effect thirty
days' from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 4th day of November, 1939.
