AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Wycoff Avenue from the North margin of State Road No. 21 to
Ninth Street, by the construction of a system of storm and sanitary sewers which
are declared necessary for public health.
THE CITY COM~ilSSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1o That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Wycoff Avenue from the North margin of State" Road NOJ. 21 to Ninth Street, by
the construction of a system of storm and sanitary sewers, which are declared
necessary for public health, be and the sameare'~hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force.and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
7th day of October, 1939.
