Section 2. Any person viola~g any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemean~and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exce~g $10o.©0, or by imprisonment in the city jail for not more than thirty da~or by both such fine and imprisonment. _ _ . ~ Section 3.
