AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Thirteenth Street from High Avenue to ~roadway Avenue, Sidney
Avenue from a point 120 feet North of Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street,
Stuart Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, Ohio Avenue from a
point 120 feet North of Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, Lincoln Avenue
from a point 120 feet North of Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, as in
Ordinance No. 1292 described.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Thirteenth Street'from High Avenue to Broadway Avenue, Sidney Avenue from a
point 120 feet North of Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, Stuart Avenue from
Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, Ohio Avenue from a point 120 feet North of
Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, Lincoln Avenue from a point 120 feet North
of Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this ninth
day of August, 1939.
