AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Henry Avenue, Marguerite Avenue, Thompson Drive,
Pennsylvania Avenue, Fifteenth Street and Collection Line, as in Ordinance No.
1284 described.
THE CITY COM~Y~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Henry Avenue, ~arguerite Avenue, Thompson Drive, Pennsylvania Avenue,
Fifteenth Street and Collection Line, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th
day of August, 1939.
