AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifi-
cations for the improvement of Ninth Street from Roosevelt Avenue to
Hewitt Avenue as provided by Ordinance No. 1270.
THE CITY C0k~!ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~:~RTON DO ORDAIN AS ~'LLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the
improvement of Ninth Street from Roosevelt Avenue to Hewitt Avenue, be
and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 4th day of February, 1939.
