AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Callow Avenue from Sixth Street to Ninth Street as provided by
Ordinance No. 1268.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
~nglneer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Callow Avenue from S~h Street to Ninth Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading
and paving with one course concrete pavement six inches thick and forty one feet
wide, providing for the drainage thereof as provided by Ordinance No. 1268; be and
the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 21st day of
January, 1939.
