AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1499 and
declaring and emergency.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 2 of the City Planning
Commission, the Use and Area maps of Ordinance No. 1499 shall be amended in
conformity with section 14 thereof as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Seventh Street
and Park Avenue; thence East 239 feet, thence South
100 feet; thence West 239 feet to Park Avenue, thence
North along Park Avenue to the point of beginning;
and
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Seventh Street and
Park Avenue; thence East along Seventh Street to McKen-
zie street; thence North along McKenzie Street 120 feet;
thence West 228.5 feet more or less to Park Avenue; thence
South along Park Avenue to the point of beginning, Kitsap
County, Washington;
shall be re-zoned as a Commercial, C-1 zone.
Section ~.. An emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of
Bremerton, and for the purpose of national defense and the same shall take
effect immediately following passage and publication.
Passed and approved unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this
29th day of September, 1943.
