AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 1532 of the City of Bremerton,
entitled: "An Ordinance amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1499,
and declaring an emergency," for the purpose of correcting the legal descrip-
tion contained in said ordinance No. 1532, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRD~tERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. T_bat O-~dinance No. 1532, entitled: "An Ordi~ance amending
Use and Area Naps of Ordinance No. 1499, and declaring an emergency," be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
ia) The south 120 feet of Lots l, 2, 3, 4 of Block 2, an~ all
of Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block i and that part of
Lots 14 and 21, Block l, within the City Limits, Goodfellow's
Navy Yard Tracts, shall be re-zoned as a commercial zone; and
(b) Lots 6, V, 8, 9, 10, ll, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, Block
4, and that part of Block 6 lying west of the east line of Lot
l, Block 6, all in Anderson's Bayview Addition, shall be re-
zoned as R2 residential zone; and
(c) Lots 13, 14, 15, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 9, and
the north 15 feet of Lot 27 and all of Lots 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33
and 34, Block 9, Town of Charleston, shall be re-zoned as a comm-
ercial zone; and
id) Lots 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35, Block 6, 1st. Addition to
Charleston shall be re-zoned as a commercial zone.
Section 2. An emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for the
immediate preservation of.public peace, health and safety in the City of
Bramerton, and for the purposes of national defense, and the same shall take
effect immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed bF the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
28th day of July, 1943.
