AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1523, entitled: "An
Ordinance changing the map of the °ity of Bremerton, Washington", by correcting
the legal description therein contained.
THE CITY OF BRE~.~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That in order to correct the legal description of real property
legally described in Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1523 of the Otty of Bremerton,
passed April 7, 1943, said section 3 of said Ordinance No. 1523, entitled as set
forth in the title to this ordin~ce, be ~d the same is hereby ~ended to read
ss follows:
"Section 3. That the map of the Oit~ of Bremerton be and
it is hereby changed to include the following- described
property:
A tract of land lying and being in the County of Kitsap,
State of Washington, being in the Northwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Sec. 15 Township 24 North, Range 1 East,W.M., more
particularly described as follows: Beginning. at the
Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Sec.15, Township 24 North R.1 E.W.M.,
being the true point of begf~ing, thence North 89o43'49''
East, ~82 ft., thence South 0°00'10'' West, 46~ ft.,
thence South 89°41'3~" West 282 ft., thence due north
462 ft. to point of beg~nni~g."
Section 2. An emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for the
i~ed!ate preservation of public peace, health and safety in the City of Bremer-
ton, and for the purposes of national defense, and the s~e shall take effect
t~ediately following passage and publication.
PASSED and approved unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
signe~ by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 16'th day of J~.~e, 1943.
