AN ORDINANCE vacating portion of Thirteenth Street between Pennsylvania
and High Avenues, in the City of Bremerton, Washington.
THE CITY COI~iMISSION OF THE CITY OF B~qFI~ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of theCity of Bremerton having here-
tofore on the' 20th day of October, 1940, adopted a resolution fixing the 20th
day of November, 19~0, at l0 o'clock A.~!., of said day, in the Commission
Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton as the time and place of
hearing petition to vacate a 'portion of said'Thirteenth Street, and notice of
said hearing having been duly given in the manner and form and for the time
provided by law, and no objection or objections having been made to the said
petition by any person, and the City Co~ission having grated said petiti°n,
NOW ~REFCRE, the f611owing described property, to-wit:
The South lO feet of Thirteenth Street abutting Lot l, Block l,
Gale and ~Jiller's Addition to Bremerton, kitsap County, ~ashington,
be and the s~e is hereby va'cated as a public place, and the land hereinabove
described ~s hereby vested in the abubting property ov~ers, in ~nformance with
the provisions of the law of the State of Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
