AN ORDINANCE vacating certain streets in the City of Bremerton, Washington.
THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~_ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton having here-
tofore on the 23rd day of October, 1940, adopted a resolution fixing November 2C
1940, at ten o'clock A.M., of said day, in the Commission Chambers of the City
Hall of the City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing a petition to
vacate the above mentioned streets, and notice of said hearing having been duly
given in the manner and form and for the time provided by law, and no objections
having been made to said petition by any person,
NOW, THEREFORE, the following described streets to-wit:
That portion of Western Avenue which lies North of the South line Of
Lot l, Plat of FernwOod, extended Northwesterly, and all of Second
Street in said Plat of Fernwood, Bremerton, Kitsap County,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied by
said streets is hereby vested in the Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton,
said Housing Authority being the abutting property owner on both sides of said
streets, in conformance with the provisions of the law of the State of Washingto~
PA9SED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 20th day of November, 1940.
