AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 502 of the City of Bremerton,
passed May ll, 1914.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMEETON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That ~rdinance No. 502 of the City of Bremerton, entitled:
"An 0r~tnance granting to the Port of Bremerton, a municipal corporation,
the regulation and control of all harbor area lying within the limits of
Second Street as extended across said harbor area, ratifying and approving
any lease which may be executed by said Port of Bremerton and authorizing
the execution by the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Bremerton of any
lease which may hereafter be found proper, convenient or necessary in relation
thereto," be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. An emergency exists and the passage of this ordinance is
immediately necessary for the preservation of public health and safety in
the City of Bremerton, and this ordinance shall take effect imuediately
from and after its passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
sixth day of November, 1940.
