AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Ohio Avenue from a point approximately 60 feet North of
Thirteenth Street North to Collection Line at Port Washington Narrows; Seventeenth
Street from a point approximately 100 feet East of High Avenue East to centerline
of Ohio Avenue; Lincoln Avenue from a point approximately 60 feet North of
Thirteenth Street North to centerline of Fifteenth Street; Chester Avenue from a
point approximately 60 feet North of Eleventh Street North to centerline of
Fifteenth Street; Fifteenth Street from the centerline of Chester Avenue West to
the centerline of Ohio Avenue; Alley running East and ~J~est between Thirteenth
Street and Fourteenth Street and which extends from Chester Avenue to Broadway
Avenue beginning approximately 50 feet East of the East margin of Chester Avenue,
thence East to centerline of Broadway Avenue; Alley running North from Fourteenth
Street between Chester Avenue and Broadway Avenue, a distance of approximately
220 feet North from the centerline of said Fourteenth Street; Fourteenth Street
from a point approximately 50 feet East of East margin of Chester Avenue East to
the centerline of Broadway Avenue; Collection Line along beach from centerline of
3hio Avenue Westerly to centerline of High Avenue, by a system of storm and
sanitary sewers.
THE CITY C0~MISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the Oity Clerk, for the improvement of
3hio Avenue from a point approximately 60 feet North of Thirteenth Street North
to Collection Line at Port Washington Narrows: Seventeenth Street from a point
approximately 100 feet East of High Avenue East to centerline of Ohio Avenue;
Lincoln Avenue from a point approximately 60 feet North of Thirteenth Street North
to centerline of Fifteenth Street; Chester Avenue from a point approximately 60
Feet North of Eleventh Street North to centerline of Fifteenth Street; Fifteenth
Street from the centerline of Chester Avenue West to the centerline of Ohio %venue;
Alley running East and West between Thirteenth Street and Fourteenth Street and
~hich extends from Chester Avenue to Broadway Avenue beginning approximately 50
Feet East of the East margin of Chester Avenue, thence East to centerline of
Broadway Avenue; Alley running North from Fourteenth Street between Chester Avenue
and Broadway Avenue, a distance of approximately 220 feet North from the center-
Line of said Fourteenth Street; Fourteenth Street from a point approximately 50
~eet East of East margin of Chester Avenue East to the centerline of Broadway
~venue; Collection Line along beach from centerllne of Ohio Avenue westerly to
centerline of High Avenue, by the construction of a system of storm and sanitary
sewers, together with the doing of any and all work in connection therewith as
nay be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, be and the same are
~ereby adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
~nd after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
~nd attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 23rd day
