AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvemen.t of High Avenue, North from Eleventh Street a distance of 243£
feet, as in Ordinance No. 1342 described.
THE CITY COMI~flSSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~,~ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL0~S:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
High Avenue, North from Eleventh Street a distance of 2432 feet, by clearing,
grubbing, grading, surfacing with gravel and an oil coating, also the construct-
ion of four inch concrete sidewalks four feet in width, together with the doing
of any and all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make
such improvement a complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of theCity of Bremerton, signed by the ldayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this second
day of October, 1940.
