AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a certain alley in tract 25 of Tebbet'
Acre Tracts in Bremerton, Washington.
THE CITY CO~.ISSION 'OF THE CITY OF BRE~gERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton having
heretofore .on the 21st day of August, 1940, adopted a resolution fixing
September 25, 1940, at ten o'clock a.m., of said day in the Commission Chamber
at .the City Hall of the City of ~3remerton as the time 'and place of hearing 'a
petition to vacate the above mentioned portion of an alley, and notice of
said hearing baying been duly given in the manner and form and for the time
proVided by law, and no objections having been made to said petition by any
person.
NO?J, THER=_0RE the following described portion of an alley~, to-wit
The East 14 feet of the '~est £9 feet of the south 115.5
feet of Tract 25, Tebbet's Acre Tracts; also, the East
14 feet of the ,Vest 20 feet of the North 78.4 feet of
the South 193.9 feet of Tract 25 of Tebbet's .Acre Tracts,

Bremerton,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied
by said portion of an alley is hereby vested in the abutting property owners,
in conformance with the provisions of the law of the State of ~Vashtngton.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and. after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City $1erk in authentication of such passable this £5th day of September,
1940.
