AN ORDINANCE. approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Ohio Avenue from Thirteenth Street North to Port
Washington Narrows; Lincoln Avenue From Thirteenth Street North to Fif-
teenth Street; Chester Avenue from Eleventh Street ~orth to Fifteenth
Street; fourteenth Street from Ohio Avenue East to Chester Avenue; Fifteenth
Street ~rom Ohio Avenue East to Chester Avenue; Seventeenth Street from High
· Avenue East to Ohio Avenue, by clearing, grubbing and grading; ;~LS0 Chester
Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street by the construction of a
five-foot sidewalk on the West side only.

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
city Engineer, now on file in the o~fice of the City Clerk, for the im[:rove-
ment of Ohio Avenue from Thirteenth Street North to Port Washington Narrows,
Lincoln Avenue from Thirteenth ~treet North to Fifteenth 'Street; Chester
Avenue from Eleventh Street North to Fifteenth Street; Fourteenth Street
from Ohio Avenue East to Chester Avenue; Fifteenth Street :from Ohio'Avenue
East to Chester >~venue; 3eventeenth Street from High Avenue East to Ohio.
