AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of the alley in Block 8, Original Town of Charleston,
said alley being between Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, and ~extending
from Rodgers Street North to Coontz Street, by paving with concrete six inches
thick and twelve feet wide.
THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~.RERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the alley in Block 8, Original Town of Charleston, said alley being between
Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, and extending from Rodgers Street North
to Coontz Street, by paving with concrete six inches thick and twelve feet
wide, together with the doing of all other work in connection therewith as may
be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, be and the same are
hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
5~ayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
21st day of August, 1940.
