AN ORDINANCE vacating that certain alley in Veldee's First Addition to
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
THE CITY C0~'~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~.?~RTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, having here-
tofore on the 22nd day of June, 1940, adopted a resolution fixing August 3, 1940,
at l0 o'clock A.M., of said day in the Commission Chambers at the City Hall of
the City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing the petition to vacate the
hereinbefore described alley, and notice of said hearing having been duly given iz
the manner and form and for the time provided by law, and no objections having
been made to said petition by any person,
NOW, THEREFORE, the following described alley, to-wit:
The Alley in Veldee's First Addition to Bremerton,' Kitsap County,
Washington,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied by
said alley hereby is vested in the abutting property or,nets, in conformance with
the provisions of the law of the State of ~,¥ashingt0n.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days '
from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the 8ity Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this third day
of August, 1940.
