AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Yantic Avenue from Farragut to Rodgers Streets, described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Farragut Street 100 feet
East of intersection of the centerlines of Farragut Street and Yanttc Avenue;
thence Northwesterly approximately lO8 feet to the centerline of Yantic Avenue;
thence North along centerlthe of Yantic Avenue to Rodgers Street, by a system
of storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances.
THE CITY C0~.~JISSION OF THE CITY OF BR~;tERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL0?~S:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Yantic Avenue from Farragut to Rodgers Streets, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the centerline of Farragut Street 100 feet East of intersection
of the centerlines of Farragut Street and ~antic Avenue; the~ce Northwesterly
approximately 106 feet to the centerline of Yantic Avenue; thence North along
centerline of Yantic Avenue to Rodgers Street, by a system of storm and sanitary
sewers and appurtenances, together with the doing of all other work in connectio~
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, be and
the same are hereby adopted.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~[ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this E0th day
of July, 1940.
