AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of the alley in Block ?, First Addition to Charleston, Kitsap
County, Washington, being the alley lying between Callow Avenue and kontgomery
Avenue, and running from Burwell Street to Sixth Street, by clearing, grubbing,
grading, paving with concrete twelve (12) fe~t wide and six (6) inches thick,
and providing for the drainage thereof,
THE CITY CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BR~ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the alley in Block ?, First Addition to Charleston, Kitsap County, ~/~ashington,
being the alley lying between Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, and running
from Burwell Street to Sixth Street, by c%earin~, grubbing, grading, psving
with concrete twelve (12) feet wide and six (6) inches thick, and providing for
the drainage thereof, together with the doing of all other work in connection
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a. complete job, be and
the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this first day
of June, 19~0.
