AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Pennsylvania Avenue from F~fteenth Street North to Port
Washington Narrows, by clearing, grubbing, grading, surfacing, oiling and pro-
viding for the drainage thereof.
THE CITY C0~,~ISSION OF TKE CITY OF BRE~iERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL0~VS:
Section 1. That ~he maps, plans and specifications prepared by the ~ity
Engineer, now on file in the office .of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Pennsylvania Avenue from Fifteenth Street North to Port Washington Narrows, by
clearing, grubbing, grading, surfacing, oiling and providing for the drainage
thereof, .together with the doing of all other work in connection therewith as
may be necessary to make such improvement a complete Job, be and the same are
hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
~layor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
