AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifica-
tions for the improvement of a district bounded by Ninth Street,
Callow Avenue, Fifteenth Street, and Ford Avenue, by a system of storm
and sanitary sewers and appurtenances.
Tt~E CITY CO~$~iISSION OF %/{E CITY OF BRE!<ERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the C~.ty Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the
~ improvement of a district bounded by Ninth Street, Callow Avenue,
Fifteenth Street, and Ford ;~venue, by a system of storm and sanitary
sewers and appurtenances, together with the doing of all other work in
connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a
complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(50) days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 5lst day of December, 19~1.
