AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Park Avenue from Fourth Street to Sixth Street, by
widening of existing pavement and repairing sidewalks.
T~iE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~RTON ORDAINS AS ~0LLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imp-
rovement of Park Avenue from Fourth Street to Sixth Street, by widening
of existing pavement and repairing sidewalks, together with the doing of
all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such
improvement a complete job, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Oremerton, signed by
the ~ayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this third day of December, 1941.
