AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Nipsic Avenue, from East Thirteenth Street to East
Sixteenth Street, as in Ordinance ~o. 1425 described.
THE CITY C0~&MISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of
Ntpsic Avenue from East Thirteenth Street to East Sixteenth Street, be and' the
same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
3rd day of December, 1941.
