THE CITY C0~ISSION OF T~E CITY OF BRE~i£RTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Sectlon.il. All that portion of the City of Bremerton embraced within the following described limits shall be Fire Zone No. l: Beginning at the intersection of the center lin~ of Seventh Street and Pacific Avenue; Thence East to a point 120 feet ~ast of ~he Eas~ margln of ~aclfl¢ Avenue; Thence South on a line 120 feet East of and parallel with the East margin of Pacific Avenue to th~ center line of alley in Block 6, Original Town of Bremerton;. Thence East along the center line of said alley to center line of alley running North and South in Block 6, Orginal'Town of Bremerton; Thence Southeasterly parallel to and ll0 feet North of the North margin of Fourth Street, to the center line of Washington Avenue; Thence Southwesterly along the center line of Wash- .ington Avenue to a point which is 1E0 feet South of the South margin of Fourth Street; Thence Northwesterly to a point where the center line of alley running East and West intersects the center line of alley running North and South in Block 7, Original Town of Bremerton; Thence West along alley in Block 7, Original Town of Bremerton to a point 120 feet East of the East margin of Pacific Avenue; Thence South on a line 120 feet East of and parallel to the East line of Pacific Avenue to a point midway between First Street and Second Street; Thence East on a line 120 feet North of and parallel to the North and Northeasterly margin of First Street to its intersection with the center line of alley East of Block 2, Original Town of Bremerton; Thence Southwesterly along the center line of said alley to its intersection with the East boundary of U. S. Govermment Navy Yard; Thence following the U. S. Government Navy Yard West and Northerly to its intersection with the East line of Burwell Street; Thence West along Navy yard fence to a point South of North and South alley in Block 14, Original Town of Bremerton; Thence North to South margin of Fourth Street; Thence West along the South margin of Fourth Street to a point 120 feet West of West margin of Park Avenue; Thence North on a line 120 feet West of and parallel with the West margin of Park Avenue to center line of alley between Fourth Street and Fifth Street; 'I~ence East along center line of said alley to a point 120 feet ~Vest of West margin of ~acific Avenue; Thence North on a line 120 feet West of and parallel with the West margin of Pacific Avenue to the center line of Seventh Street; Thence East to center line of Pacific Avenue and point of beginning. Section 2. All that portion of the City of Bremerton embraced within the following described limits, outside the limits of the area designated as Fire Zone No. l, shall be Fire Zone No. 2: Beginning at a point 120 feet East of the East margin of Pacific Avenue, said point being on the center line of alley midway between Burwell Street and Fourth Street; Thence East and Southeasterly on a line ll0 feet North of and parallel with the North margin of Burwell Street to its intersection with the center line of alley in Block 3, Original Town of Bremerton; Thence following center line of said alley Southwesterly toga point 1E0 feet North of North margin of First Street in Block 2, Original Town of Bremerton; Thence Northwesterly and West on a line 120 feet North of and parallel to the North margin of First Street to a point 120 feet East of East margin of Pacific Avenue; Thence ~orth on a line 120 feet East of and parallel with the East margin of Pacific Avenue to the center l~ne of alley midway between Burwell Street and ~o~rth Street and point of beginning; and' Beginning at a point On the center line of alley midway be- tween Fourth Street and Fifth Street and 120 feet West of West margin of Pacific Avenue; Thence West along the center line of said alley to a point 1E0 feet West of West margin of Park Avenue; Thence North on a line 120 feet West of and parallel wi~h ~he West margin of Park Avenue; to its inter- section with the center line of alley midway between Fifth Street and Sixth Street; Thence West along center line of said alley to the center line of Warren Avenue; Thence North along the center line of Warren Avenue to a point 120 feet North of North margin of Sixth Street; Thence East on a line 120 feet North of and parallel to the North margin of Sixth Street to a point 1~0 feet West of West margin of Pacific Avenue; Thence South on a line 120 feet West of and parallel to the West margin of Pacific Avenue to the center line of alley midway between Fourth street and Fifth Street and point of beginning. Ail that portion of the City of Bremerton embraced within the following described limits and outside of Fire Zones' No~and No. 2, shall be Fire Zone No. 3: Beginning at a point on the center llne of ~irg~ Stree~ mid- way between Callow Avenue and Wycoff Avenue: said point ~Oelng 106 feet West of West margin of Callow Avenue; Thence North on a line 106 feet West of and parallel with the West margin of Callow Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Ninth Street; Thence East along the center llne of N~nth Street to a point midway between Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue, said point being 106 feet East of East margin of Callow Avenue; Thence South on a line 106 feet East of and parallel to the East margin of Callow Avenue to a point 1E0 feet North of North margin of Sixth Street; Thence East to center line of Montgomery Avenue; Thence South along the center line of Montgomery Avenue to a point lB0 feet South of South margin of Sixth Street; Thence West to a point midway between Callow Avenue and Momtg@mery Avenue; Thence South on a line midway between Callow Avenue and Montgomery Avenue to the center line of First Street; Thence West along the center line of First Street to a point midway between Callow Avenue and Wycoff Avenue and point of beginning. and Beginning at a point on the U. S. Government meander line, said point being 120 feet North of the North margin of East Eleventh Street, extended West; Thence East on a line 1£0 feet North of and parallel with the North margin of East Eleventh Street to the center line of alley midway between Perry Avenue and Hayward Avenue; Thence South along said center line of alley to the center line of East Eleventh Street; Thence East alomg the center line of East Eleventh Street to its intersection with the center line of alley in Block 5, Original Town of Decatur; Thence South on the center line of said alley to a point 1E0 feet South of the South margin of East Eleventh Street; Thence West on a line 120 feet South of and parallel to the South margin of East Eleventh Street to its intersection with the U. S. Government meander line; Thence Northwesterly along U. S. Government meander line to a point 120 feet North of East Eleventh Street and point of beginning. ~m~~.~¥Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
