AN 0RDINA~CE approving and adopting the maps, plan~and specifications
for the improvement of Broadway Avenue between Fifteenth Street and Six-
teenth Street, by a System of storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances.
THE CITY CON~!ISSION OF THE ~.ITY OF BREE,~E~.~TON DOES 0LqDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the im-
provement of Broadway Avenue between Fifteenth Street and Sixteenth Street,
by a system of storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances, together with
the doing o~~ any and all other work in connection therewith as may be nec-.
essary to make such improvement a complete job, be and the same are hereby
adopted.
Section. 2. This Ordinance shall be in full "forCe ~nd effect thirty
days from and after its ~passage and publication as. provided by law.
PASSED by the 0ity 0ommission of the City of Bremerton,signed by the
~iayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
15th day Of October, 1941.
