i~ ORDINANCE vacating a certain portion of Meade Avenue, Bremerton, Washingto
T~ CITY C0~IISSION OF THE CI~ 0F. ~EMERTON WES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Co~ission of the City of Bremerton having hereto-
fore on the £1st day of May, 1941, adopted a Resolution fixing J~e 25, 1941, at
ten o'clock A. M., of said day in the uo~ission Ohambers at the City Hall of the
City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing a petition to vacate the above
mentioned portion of Meade Avenue, and notice of said hearing having been duly
given in the manner and form and for the time provided by law, ~d no objections
having been made to said petition by any person.
~0W, THE2EFORE, the following described portion of ~eade Avenue, to-wit:
All of that part of ~eade Avenue lying between the Sou~ margin
of State Highway No. E1 and the North margin of Sixth Street,
Bremerton, Kttsap County, ~ashington.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied by
said portion of £~eade Avenue is hereby vested in the abutting property owners, i~
conformance with the provisions of the law of the State of '~ashington.
Section 2. 'i'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days froz
and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.

Clerk in authentication of such passage this 2nd day of July, 1941.
