.~N ORDIN,~NCE, authorizing sale of bonds of Local Improvement District No. 21~
to the Reconstruction Finance Corporation, /~ashington, D. C.
THE CITY CO~,~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~IERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Bremerton may sell and is hereby authorized to sell
all or any part of the bonds which shall be issued pursuant to Ordinance No. 1349.
of the City of Bremerton, in payment of the improvements to be made as described
in said ordinance for Local Improvement District No. 214, to the Reconstruction
Finance Corporation, Washington, D. C.
Section 2. An emergency exists affecting the public peace, health and safet~
and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passa[~e and publication.
PASSED by the City Co~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 23rd day
