AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Pitt Street in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington.
THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Commission of the City of Bremerton, having hereto-
fore on the 12th day of March, 1941, adopted a resolution fixing April 2nd,
1941, at l0 o'clock A.M., of the said day in the Commission Chambers at the
City Hall of the City of Bremerton as the time and place of hearing of the
petition for the vacation of the hereinafter described triangular area, and
notice of said hearing having been duly given in the manner and form and for
the time provided by law, and no objection or objections having been made to
the said petition by any person,
NOW THEREFORE, the following described triangular area, to-wit;
That certain triangular portion of Lot 7, Block 20, Decatur, the
said triangular area being bounded by East E~.ghth Street, Hayward
Avenue and said Lot 7, the said triangular area being a part and
portion of Pitt Street according to the said plat, Kitsap County,
Wa shingt on,
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public place, and the land occupied by
the said triangular area is hereby vested in the abutting property owners, in
conformance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this
2nd day of April, 1941.
